Policies & Terms of Service
At A & I Detailing and Pressure Washing, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate our clients' needs as much as possible. To ensure a smooth operation and fairness to all, we have implemented the following:
1. Deposit & Cancellation Notice:
(Mobile Detailing)
A $25 deposit is required to secure a detailing appointment and is applied towards the cost of service.
Clients are required to inform us of any cancellations or rescheduling no later than 5pm the day prior to service. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment slot to another client.
If canceled after 5pm, deposit is non-refundable.
(Pressure Washing)
Deposit vary based upon service and price. Deposit will be stated on Estimate.
2. No Call No Show:
If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment within 15 minutes, without prior notice, a full payment for the scheduled service will be charged. This fee compensates our team for the time and resources reserved for the appointment.
3. Rescheduling:
Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 12 hours in advance. Based on scheduling we will do our best to accommodate your preferred new appointment time or next available date/time.
4. Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee covers the time slot we were unable to fill due to the short notice.
5. Emergency Situations:
We understand that emergencies happen and we may experience them too. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have an urgent situation preventing you from keeping your appointment. We will handle such cases on an case by case/individual basis.
Terms and Conditions (T&C):
By scheduling an appointment with A & I Detailing and Pressure Washing, you agree to the terms outlined above. Terms and Conditions differ when signing/agreeing to pressure washing services; as T&Cs are only distributed with an official estimate from A & I.
All fees and charges related to cancellations or no shows will be applied to the credit card on file or invoiced to the client/company directly.
We reserve the right to amend this policy or any of our agreements/policies at any time. Changes will be recorded and communicated.
